All sales are final.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered, buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect colors selected, shipping delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jiggyrig Outfitters is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
